  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    Easy. Just hit Book Now and pick a time that works for you. No phone tag, no back-and-forth. Once you're a patient, you'll get access to our scheduling app—so you can book or reschedule anytime without calling or texting. Great for those with a busy lifestyle. Just tap and go.
  • Do chiropractic adjustments hurt?
    There can be mild discomfort—especially if an area is already irritated or inflamed. But most people feel relief, ease, or a noticeable release afterward. The techniques I use are gentle, specific, and always tailored to your comfort level.
  • Will I have to keep coming forever?
    No. Many people choose to continue because they see results—but it’s always your decision. You’ll get clear recommendations, not pressure.
  • I’m nervous or even scared to go to a chiropractor…
    I get it. I was in your shoes once, too. Before I ever got adjusted, I had the same doubts, skepticism, and hesitation. That’s why I take the time to explain everything before we do anything—so there are no surprises and you always know exactly what’s happening.
  • What if I've tried chiropractic before and it didn't help?
    This is a more structured, hands-on approach—focused on clear analysis and specific adjustments. It might be a very different experience from what you’ve tried before.
  • Do you take insurance?
    We’re out-of-network—and that’s intentional. It allows us to provide focused, personalized care without the restrictions or shortcuts insurance can create. Our fees are simple, transparent, and affordable—no surprise bills in the mail or collections calling you. If you have out-of-network coverage, we’ll upload a superbill to your scheduling app so you can easily submit for possible reimbursement. This way it goes directly to you and we are not the middleman. You can also seamlessly use HSA or FSA funds.
  • How long is the first visit?
    Plan for about 45–60 minutes. We take our time on day one to actually figure out what’s going on—not just treat symptoms. You’ll go through a full consult, exam, any necessary imaging, and your first adjustment if it is clinically appropriate.
  • Do you adjust on the first visit?
    In most cases, yes. If your exam and any imaging support it, you’ll get your first adjustment at the end of your initial visit. If more time is needed to review findings, we’ll schedule it promptly.
  • Is chiropractic safe for kids?
    Yes. We care for kids of all ages with gentle, age-appropriate adjustments. Every visit is tailored to their size, stage, and needs.
  • Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy?
    Yes. We safely adjust expecting moms through every stage of pregnancy to help relieve pressure, support function, and make your pregnancy as comfortable and as possible.
